Question : What is a good amount of money to take to Glastonbury Festival 2013?
So I need a rough amount of money I should take for gifts and things since I will be 14 (I will be going with my parents) I will have no need for alcohol and other substances of the like.
I also want to know how I can make this money, so if anyone can help on that.
Also if there will be anything like tarot card readings there, does anyone know? I would love to have a tarot reading.

You’ll need about 200 pounds for a good time. They’ll have Tarrot Reading there as well, You can make the money by washing cars or helping out at home for some extra pocket change.

If it’s not about Jebus or keeping it in your pants until the pastor officially marries you, it’s probably a bad influence on you.

These are forms of spiritism, so they use the demons (evil spirit creatures) to find the answers.

Tarot cards and palmistry have been around for a looong long time in one form or another.
They are not evil or bad, nor are they directly related to Satan or Satanism.
Many things have been lumped together into a very broad, very confusing category of “evil” by the christian church, tarot cards, palmistry and divination are only a few.
If you have no issues with taking part in these activities, then do so, there is no harm what so ever.

its not related to Satan at all.
plus even if it was….
wouldn’t your all forgiving god just….forgive you?

I regard them as generally, a mild harmless delusion. It is when people take them seriously and become depressed when someone tells them something bad will happen, then it gets a bit serious. No-one can foretell the future, but you can influence how people will act if they believe this rubbish.
Answer by W. C. Fields
How can you say nothing bad has happened to you when you are CHRISTIANS. That’s bad!!!!!
Answer by The Devil
Easy. I don’t believe in Satan. (please note my avatar) lol Get it? I don’t believe in any of that voodoo stuff. It is all just for profit. That’s it. Ok?

its Spiritism, witchcraft, sorcery
19The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20idolatry and witchcraft(Spiritism, witchcraft, sorcery); hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
we know there is no place for these people in heaven
Revelation 22:12-15 (New International Version)
12″Behold, I am coming soon! My reward is with me, and I will give to everyone according to what he has done. 13I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
14″Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may go through the gates into the city. 15Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts(Spiritism, witchcraft, sorcery), the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.

Playing cards came back from China, where they were quite popular, with Marco Polo. The Tarot deck first appeared in Italy some time later, and it was used to play a card game called Tarocci. It was a totally secular card game at first, and the cards only came to be used for fortunetelling later.
This is not unlike using the cards in an “Old Maid” card deck to do a reading–some Old Maid card decks have very psychologically suggestive names for the cards.
I have heard of at least one psychologist who used a Tarot deck as part of the counseling sessions, at least in the early sessions.
And a friend of mine in college, a psychology major, once suggested using Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs with very small children. Which of these characters do you feel like: Bashful, Sleepy, Happy, Dopey, Angry, Sneezy, or Doc? Or maybe even Snow White? Not really much different than the Tarot, after all!
Question : How to read Gypsy Witch Cards/ tarrot cards/ Lenormand deck?
Okay I just bought myself a deck of Gypsy Witch Cards and would like to know how to read them exactly. It came with instructions but I’m so new to this reading stuff. What exactly am I supposed to do to do readings? (pray ritual etc.) but these cards also I heard are different than normal tarots because they are Lenormand style. I know the inside square is for destiny or future, but what are the outside cards mean as in influence? What does that mean? Help!!!

I have some information on such things if ur a big enough person to absorb and handle the truth. Well??? Here goes!!
Leviticus 19: 26
“YOU must eat nothing along with blood. YOU must not look for omens, and YOU must not practice magic”.
Deuteronomy 18: 9 – 13
There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to God, and on account of these detestable things God your God is driving them away from before you. You should prove yourself faultless with God your God.
Acts 18: 18 – 19
And many of those who had become believers would come and confess and report their practices openly. Indeed, quite a number of those who practiced magical arts brought their books together and burned them up before everybody. And they calculated together the prices of them and found them worth fifty thousand pieces of silver.

look, if what you want to do is either look stupid, or lie to your friends, then tarot cards are perfect for you.
but if you want to act like a sensible person, then maybe you ought to spend your time on something that isn’t an obvious scam.

Learning to read/interpret card spreads takes quite some time…learning all the symbology of the numbers, images, etc. and how they relate to the human condition and to you individually. Start out by focusing on learning one card per day, read about the numerology, suit, and the other sybolism on it, meditate on it and note what you glean from the card beyond what the book tells you, but take into account the book instructions too. (Keep a notebook specifically for what you learn on this so you can reference it when you start to try interpreting various spreads).
These cards, tarot cards – they don’t really “tell the future”. They are a tool to help you access the subconscious mind and bring forth information to conscious thinking, in order to help you answer a question or work through a situation. By taking a look at past and current patterns from some different angles (which all this symbolism helps you to do), you can get a pretty good idea of where you are headed if you don’t make any changes to your life at the time of or after the reading. But the future is not set in stone and a reading alone is enough to prompt you to make one or more changes that can result in changing your patterns enough so that you don’t reach that outcome that looked to be most likely at the time of the reading.
